Leading magazine company based in the South of the Island are looking for an organised and efficient Receptionist/Administrator. A varied role which will use all your multi-tasking abilities. Excellent communication skills are necessary as you will be liaising constantly with the various teams who produce the publications. You will be the first voice that customers and suppliers hear so an excellent telephone manner and the ability to converse and write in English, Spanish and German is a requirement of this role. This varied position also carries responsibilty for administration and some accounts work and the ability to use your initiative will be key to your success with the Company.
